What you share with us
We collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your Twitter / X handle. We also record when you joined, the version of this notice, and basic campaign labels from your signup link. Your email is not verified during the initial signup.
Why we collect it
We use your details to manage the waitlist and contact you about RichSimple early access and launch updates. Adding an X handle does not require you to follow us or give us access to your X account. We do not sell your contact details.
Storage and access
The waitlist is stored privately using our hosting infrastructure and, when deployed with it, Upstash. Authorized RichSimple operators can access or export the list to manage access and updates. Service providers process data to run these services; their storage locations may differ from yours.
Cookies and the little game
After a successful signup, a signed cookie remembers that this browser has joined for up to 30 days. It contains no email address or X handle. The optional game stores its best score in your browser. Clearing cookies or browser storage removes that recognition or score; it does not remove your waitlist registration.
Basic measurement and abuse prevention
We count page visits and actions such as starting the form, playing the game, saving a card, and opening the share composer. These event counters do not include your email or X handle. The page honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional event collection. We also use short-lived request limits to prevent spam. Where our trusted host supplies an IP address, a keyed hash is used for these limits rather than storing it in your subscriber record. The hosting provider may maintain its own operational logs.
Sharing is your choice
Sharing on X opens its composer for you to review and publish. X’s policies apply when you visit it. We do not post automatically. Saved bull cards include game results and branding, not your contact details.
Leaving the herd, or correcting your details
Email rich@richsimple.xyz to request access, correction, or deletion of your details, or to stop receiving updates. We may ask you to confirm control of the email address before making changes. We retain the waitlist while managing early access and launch communications, until you request removal, or until the list is no longer needed. Limited backups may persist through their normal rotation.
